Return Policy for SolarMicros

We at SolarMicros.com are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and excellent service. However, we understand that there may be times when you need to return an item. We strive to make our return process as easy and convenient as possible.

Return Requirements:

    • All return requests must be submitted within two (2) days of delivery.
    • Items must be returned within thirty (30) days of order placement.
    • Items must be returned in their original packaging, with all tags and manuals included.
    • Used items may not be returned.
    • Items damaged in shipping must be reported within two (2) days of delivery.

Return Process:

    1. Submit a return request: You can submit a return request by contacting our customer service team through our website or by calling us at (408) 624-7842
    1. Receive your return authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return authorization number (RMA) and a return shipping label.
    1. Pack and ship your return: Please pack your items securely in their original packaging and include a copy of your packing slip or order confirmation. Attach the prepaid return shipping label to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized shipping carrier location.
    1. Track your return: You can track the status of your return online using your RMA number.

Refunds:

    • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return requirements.
    • If your return is approved, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method, minus any applicable shipping fees.
    • Please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed.

Exceptions:

    • Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return.
    • Digital products are not eligible for return.
    • Items marked as "final sale" are not eligible for return.
